摘 要:石墨-水泥灌浆材料采用低价的工业石墨粉作为导电材料,兼有导电材料的导电特性和灌浆材料高流动性的特点,适合材料用量较大的防雷接地工程。通过试验研究了石墨-水泥灌浆材料的导电规律和试件质量。试验发现,材料电阻率随石墨掺量的增加而变小,随龄期增长而变大,石墨掺量大的试件极易开裂,工业石墨粉对水泥基材料电阻率的降低效果不明显。石墨掺量过高、过低的试件电阻率离散性较大,试件质量不易控制。Graphite cement grouting material attractive low price industrial graphite as conouctlve matenat wlm nora conuucuwty characteristics and high mobility characteristics is suitable for lightning protection grounding engineering which calls for a large amount of material. Conductive characters and specimen quality of graphite-cement grouting material are studied through the test. Research showed:Material resistivity decreases with graphite content increase and increase with age. Specimen with large graphite content is easy to crack. Effect of industrial graphite powder on cement based materials resistivity is not obvious. Resistivity varied while graphite content is too high or low and specimen quality is not easy to control.
