摘　　要：针对目前高校教学、学生、行政、财务等部门信息管理活动中存在的风险隐患,吸收企业业务智能的优点,将工作流设计理念引入到高校信息管理中,实现财务和业务数据的无缝隙链接,建立高校业务智能(BI)信息平台,目的在于改进高校冗繁低效的审批流程、加强高校预算、内部控制和风险管理,完善高校管理数据整合、评价分析,实现信息采集自动化、流程控制动态化、财务数据一体化、系统整合集成化的业务融合和智能增值。Aiming at the hidden risks existing in information management of such departments of teaching, stu- dents, administration, and finance, etc. in colleges and universities, by absorbing the advantages of enterprise business intelligence, the design philosophy of worktlow is introduced into the information management in colleges and universi- ties to realize seamless interlinking of financial and business data, and establish business intelligence （BI） information platform in colleges and universities, of which the purpose is to improve the cumbersome and inefficient approval pro- cess, strengthen the budgeting, internal control and risk management, complete the integration, evaluation and analysis of management data, and realize service convergence and value-added intelligence with automatic information acquisi- tion, dynamic process control, unified financial data, and integrated system integration.
