摘  要:采用实验室培养和田间实验相结合的方法,研究植酸酶生物肥料对玉米、黄瓜和茼蒿生长的促进作用。结果表明,对3种作物施加不同剂量的植酸酶生物肥料后,同对照组相比,玉米苗的干重和株高、黄瓜秧苗的株高以及茼蒿幼苗的叶绿素含量均有不同程度的提高,作物秧苗的生长状况与肥料剂量呈正相关.灭菌处理后的植酸酶生物肥料对农作物生长也有促进作用,但效果低于同等剂量的未灭菌肥料.By the laboratory and field cultivation, the promoting effects of microbial phytase fertilizer on the growth of seedlings of maize, cucumber, and crowndaisy were researched. The results showed that being applied with different dose of phytase fertilizer, the dry weight and length of maize seedlings, the length of cucumber seedlings, and the chlorophyll content of crowndaisy seedlings all increased in different degree compared with CK. And with the increase of amount of fertilizer, the growth state of crop seedlings went better. After being sterilized, the microbial phytase fertilizer can also promote the growth of seedlings, but the effects were less than the same amount of unsterilized fertilizer.
