摘　　要：有色光学TAC膜是偏光太阳镜镜片的重要组成部分,由于其具有透明性强、光学各向性能优良、较强的机械性能等优点,被广泛应用于偏光眼镜片市场,并成为其不可替代的重要原材料。原有有色光学TAC膜的制备工艺是沿用无色TAC膜生产工艺,混合器内制备有色棉胶,有色棉胶经过滤流延成型在不锈钢带上,本文通过对棉胶制备工艺进行改进,使有色光学TAC膜的生产灵活性大大提高,减少了更换片种的棉胶及辅材浪费,同时,使生产效率大幅提高,产品质量更加稳定,密度更加均匀。Colored optical TAC film is an important component of lens for polarized sunglasses, due to its advantages such as great transparency, good optical anisotropy properties and nice mechanical behavior. It has been widely used in the market of polarized glasses, and has become the irreplaceable important raw materials In the process of technological research, the technology for preparing collodion was improved, making the production flexibility obviously improved, and waste on collodion and the auxiliary materials reduced. Furthermore, the improvement made the product quality more consistent and density more uniform.
