摘  要:针对超深井复杂井高温高压高矿化度等"三高"苛刻井下环境,在饱和盐水磺化钻井液基础之上,综合各种单因素的影响,优选出高密度甲酸钾饱和盐水磺化钻井液体系。该钻井液由高浓度甲酸钾基液、抗高温抗盐磺酸盐复合共聚物D300、复合磺化处理剂、pH值缓冲剂、磺化沥青以及表面活性剂等组成。该体系能够抵抗160~180℃高温,密度在2.2 g/cm3以上,抑制性远强于常用无机盐钻井液,润滑性良好,抗盐至饱和、抗钙达800~1 000 mg/L,还可循环利用。评价实验结果表明,该体系的综合性能优良,能显著降低循环压耗,可以适应深井、超深井、巨厚复合盐层以及盐下储层的钻井。Based on saturated brine sulfonated drilling fluid and in view of variety of single factors,the formulation was composed of high-density potassium formate,resistance to high temperature and salt resistance composite sulfonate copolymer D300,composite sulfonation treatment agents,pH buffering agents,sulfonated asphalt and the surface active agent,in order to resolve complex borehole problems at high temperature,high pressure and high salinity in the ultra-deep complex wells.The drilling fluid system is able to resist the high temperature of 160-180℃ with density more than 2.2 g/cm^3,and the anti-pollution capability is as good as to tolerate12%NaCl brine,3%gypsum and 15%cuttings individually or integrate.The experimental results showed the performances of the system were excellent that can significantly reducing circulating pressure loss,which can be used to the deep,ultra-deep,thick salt bed formation and subsalt reservoir wells.
