摘 要:顺西2井是位于塔里木盆地顺托果勒区块南部断背斜构造的一口重点超深探井。顺西2井三开钻遇的二叠系火成岩厚度达316 m,纵向裂缝发育,地层破碎,钻进时多次发生井漏,先后使用桥接、低密度水泥浆等堵漏11次,堵漏效果不佳,重复漏失严重。针对该井建立了井壁纵向裂缝力学模型,通过定量分析得出,该井段封堵成功的关键在于在裂缝内形成致密坚硬的封堵墙,分隔井筒和裂缝内的流体压力。因此采用了高强度桥接颗粒、可变形桥接颗粒、高强度纤维材料,优化了粒径搭配,提高了堵漏材料在裂缝内的架桥效果;同时通过加入化学交联固结材料HDL-1,将憋挤嵌入裂缝的架桥材料胶结成为高强度的致密封堵墙,并将火成岩裂缝带的破碎岩体紧密胶结,防止发生剥落掉块导致的裂缝通道重新裸露问题,从而提高了裂缝带的承压能力和抗反吐能力。该井采用高强度交联成膜堵漏技术进行堵漏和承压作业后,地层的承压能力得到了提高,裸眼承压能力当量密度由不足1.15 g/cm3提高到了固井要求的1.55g/cm3,达到了井筒强化的目的。The well Shunxi2 is a key exploration well located in Tarim basin that was encountered igneous rock formation 316m thick with many Longitudinal natural fractures,in which several times of lost circulation were encountered,however,bridging and lowdensity cement slurry sealing methods were failed to control lost circulation for 11 times.Based on this well,a longitudinal fracture mechanical model was established,and it was found that tough and tight sealing wall is the key to seal the fracture.Consequently,high-strength bridging particles,elastic grains and fibers were applied to bridge,and cross-linking agent HDL-1 was used to glue the grains and rocks together by chemical reaction.After finished job,the formation containment capability was increased from 1.15 g/cm^3to 1.55 g/cm^3 that met the requirement of cementing.
