摘 要:目的探讨不同药物对关节炎大鼠模型的病理学形态及血液流变学的影响。方法将40只关节炎(AA)模型大鼠分为模型组、对照组、实验组和阳性药物组,造模1周后,分别给予生理盐水、雷公藤多甙、白藜芦醇及硫酸氨基葡萄糖灌胃,实验组给予白藜芦醇30 mg/(kg·d),对照组给予雷公藤多甙12 mg/(kg·d),阳性药物组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖35 mg/(kg·d),正常对照组和模型组均给予5 mL生理盐水灌胃,连续灌胃给药1周,观察各组关节病理学形态及血液流变学参数。结果实验组关节肿胀度及关节炎指数分别为10.8%±2.1%、(2.93±1.42),与对照组和模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组与阳性药物组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组血浆黏度为(1.54±0.13)mPa·s,红细胞压积为(49.43±0.29),红细胞聚集指数为(2.98±0.17),与对照组和模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组与阳性药物组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白藜芦醇能显著改善骨关节炎血液流变学状态,减少关节滑膜组织增生和炎性细胞浸润,对于促进关节软骨修复、降低关节炎症和纤维化具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of different drugs on blood rheology and pathological morphology of arthritis in rats. Methods 40 arthritic rats were divided into model group, control group, experimental group and positive control group, all groups received the gavage of saline, TWP, resveratrol and glucosamine sulfate in 1 week af- ter the establishment of models respectively ,experimental group received resveratrol 30 mg/( kg. d) ,control group re- ceived TWP 12 mg/(kg-d) , positive control group received glucosamine sulfate 35 mg/( kg. d) , normal control group and model group received saline 5 mL, and continuous intragastric administration was treated in each group for 1 week. The blood rheology and pathological morphology of the five groups were observed. Results The joint swelling and the arthritis index of experimental group were 10. 8% ±2. 1% , (2. 93 ±1.42) ,they were significantly better than those of control group and the model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , there was no significant difference between experimental group and positive control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the plasma viscosity of experimental group was ( 1.54± 0. 13 ) mPa. s, the hemato- crit was (49.43 ± 0. 29 ), the erythrocyte aggregation index was (2. 98± 0. 17 ), the experimental group was significantly better than those of control group and model group in the blood rheology ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , there was no significant differ- ence between experimental group and positive control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Resveratrol can significantly improve the blood rheology condition of arthritic rats,it has good anti-inflammation effects on preventing the degenerative changes in the articular cartilage.
