摘  要:目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定复方呋喃西林滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量.方法 色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸(35:65)(每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:210 nm;柱温:30 ℃.结果 盐酸麻黄碱的线性范围为10.00~200.0 μg/mL.平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.54%(n=6).结论 本方法 快速、简便,可提高含量测定结果 的准确性.Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in com- pound furacilin nasal drops. Methods Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5 txm) chromatographic column was used and the column temperature was 30~C ;the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 05 % phosphoric acid (35: 65 ) (0. 1 g dodecyl sodium was added into 100 mL solution) , the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detective wavelength was 210 nm. Results The liner ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride was at 10. 00 - 200. 0 ixg/mL,the average recovery was 99. 99% ,RSD was 0. 54% (n =6). Conclusion The method is rapid and simple,it can improve the accuracy of determination results of compound furacilin nasal drops.
