淫羊藿联合钙尔奇D对老年骨质疏松症患者IL-6和TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨淫羊藿联合钙尔奇D对老年骨质疏松症患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将80例老年骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予口服钙尔奇D治疗,治疗组给予淫羊藿颗粒联合钙尔奇D治疗。疗程6个月。观察2组临床疗效、腰背痛缓解时间及治疗前后患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,腰背痛缓解时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在口服钙剂基础上,加用中药淫羊藿可显著改善患者骨质疏松症状并降低血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。Objective To observe the effect of epimedium combined with caltrate D on the serum level of IL -6 , TNF-αin elderly patients with osteoporosis .Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and trial group ,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with caltrate D , however,the patients in experiment group were treated with epimedium combined with caltrate D ,with a treatment course of 6 months for both groups.The clinical efficacy,the time of pain relief,the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in trial group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P ＆lt;0.05）.As compared with that before treatment,the time of pain relief in trial group was significantly shortened and the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere obviously decreased after treatment （ P ＆lt;0.05）.However there were no significant differences in the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αbefore and after treatment in control group （ P ＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Epimedium combined with caltrate D can obviously improve clinical symptoms and reduce serum levels of IL -6 and TNF-αin elderly patients with osteoporosis .
