摘 要:在一款4气门高速直喷柴油机上,采用稳态试验和数值模拟对螺旋气道、切向气道和组合气道的流动特性进行了研究。提出了两个进气道组合时流动干涉的分析方法,并利用数值模拟方法,进一步探讨了进气流动对缸内流场的影响规律。结果表明:采用组合进气道可使进气流通面积增加约一半,从而使充气效率提高约1/4;另外,组合气道的进气流动存在相互干涉,这种干涉作用对流量系数影响不大,但对缸内的涡流运动却有较大影响。Both steady-state test and numerical simulation are carried out to study the flow characteristics of helical port,tangential port and their combination on a four-valve high-speed direct injection diesel engine.An analysis method for the interference between flows from two intake ports is proposed and the rule of the effects of intake flow on in-cylinder flow field is further investigated.The results indicate that the intake flow area of combined intake ports can be increased nearly by half compared with single intake port,making the charging efficiency rises by about 1/4.In addition,there is some mutual interference between intake flows from helical port and tangential port,which has little effects on flow coefficient,but has great influences on in-cylinder vortex movement.
