摘 要:针对宽带跳频滤波器在高低频率两种情况下插损的一致性、相对带宽一致性及驻波比都较差的情况,进行了研究和攻关。设计了一种提高跳频滤波器在高低频率段一致性的电路。该数控跳频滤波器由可变耦合控制电路和电调谐电路组成。耦合电路采用数字控制从而使得耦合系数可变。通过改变不同频率的耦合电感值来改变耦合系数,可以弥补跳频滤波器通过改变电容来调节滤波频率而引起的带宽、插损及驻波比一致性变差等问题。最后通过ADS仿真证明其性能可以达到设计指标要求。应用于带宽越宽的跳频滤波器性能变化越明显。此项技术的应用,可以解决传输信号在不同的频率段,出现信号时强时弱,时好时坏的问题。A circuit design to improve the frequency-hopping filter’s consistency at the different frequency has been proposed aiming at the condition that the broadband frequency-hopping filter possesses a bad insertion loss, relative bandwidth consistency and VSWR no matter in high or low frequency. The filter consists of variable coupling control circuits and electrical tuning circuit. Digital control is adopted in coupling circuit to make the coupling parameters changeable. It will compensate for the bandwidth , insertion loss and VSWR consistency variation and other issues caused by changing the capacitance to adjust the frequency-hopping filter’s frequency, and throught changing the coupled inductor to change the coupled coefficient at different frequencies. Finally, ADS based simulation results prove that its performance can achieve the design requirements. The wider the frequency hopping filter occupies the bandwidth, the more obviously the performance will change. The application of this technology will solve the problem of unstable transmission signal in different frequencies.
