摘  要:针对平动式啮合电机振动大、效率低问题,设计了一种新型双三相啮合式电机。提出了一种基于有限元磁场计算结果的动态分析方法建立了该电机的非线性磁场与动力学模型。使用Ansoft Maxwell软件计算电机的磁链与电磁力,并将计算结果传递给Matlab中建立的机械与控制系统中,将机械、磁场及控制系统进行统一的动态仿真分析。制作了物理样机,并进行了加载试验,试验结果与仿真结果较为接近,证明了该模型的有效性。Aiming to resolve the problems of vibration and low efficiency, the novel dual three phases mes- hing motor was designed. A simple and quite accurate model based on finite element method was presented to analyze the nonlinear magnetic field and dynamic model of motor in this paper. The geometry structure, e- lectromagnetic parameters and control model were simulated and studied as a whole. The design to control and dynamic performance of motor were considered by data transfer from Ansofl. Maxwell to Matlab. A simu- lation was taken for a translational meshing motor under switch control method. The prototype was manufac- tured and the torque experiment was implemented. Practical limitations have been incorporated in the simula- tion model to make it closer to the experimental setup. The results of simulation are corresponding with ex- periment results, which validate the effective of the simulation model.
