摘  要:直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)的一大问题是甲醇易透过Nafion膜而使电池性能降低,因此阴极催化剂必须对甲醇氧化无电催化活性而对氧还原有好的电催化性能.本文采用直接热分解法在不同温度下用有机Pd盐热分解来制备碳载PdCo(PdCo/C)催化剂,发现制得的PdCo/C催化剂具有较小的平均粒径及较好的PdCo合金化程度,因此对氧还原有很好的电催化活性.其中,在200℃条件下制得的高度合金化的PdCo纳米粒子的平均粒径最小,因此它表现出最好的对氧还原的电催化活性,起始氧还原电位为0.69V.One big problem of Direct Methanol Fuel Cell(DMFC) is that methanol is easy to penetrate through the nation membrane,leading to the decrease in cell performance. Thus, the cathodic catalyst must have good electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction and no eleetrocatalytic activity for methanol oxidation. Therefore, the carbon-supported PdCo catalysts with relatively small particle size and high alloy of Pd and Co were prepared by direct thermal decomposition method of organic Pd salt under different temperatures. It was found that the obtained highly alloyed PdCo/C catalysts have good electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction. Among these PdCo/C catalysts, the catalyst synthesized at 200 ~C showed superior electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction. The onset potential of oxygen reduction is 0.69 V. It is mainly due to the synergistic effect between Pd and Co atom.
