摘　　要：核科学技术是高等院校重要的教学和研究领域,辐射安全与防护是高校放射性实验室安全管理的重要内容。本文总结了北京大学放射性同位素与射线装置全过程管理模式,阐述了源头管理、过程管理和末端管理的具体流程,探讨目前管理上存在的问题和解决方案。Nuclear science and technology have become an important research field in many universities. Ra- diation safety and protection are one of the important parts of safety management in universities＇ laboratories. This paper introduces the whole-process management of radioisotopes and radiation generators at Peking Univer- sity. With elaborations on the specific processes, such as source management, process management and termi- nal management, it is intended to point out the existing problems of safety management and put forward possi- ble solutions for policy making.
