煤气中饱和水与杂质在煤气输送中的影响分析

摘　　要：冶金企业副产煤气输送中,常出现配送不平衡和结算中有计划外的损失量,表现在发生量与各用户的使用量之和差异较为明显,尤其在冬季显现的更为突出。文章分析了煤气输送过程中,由于温度等参数变化,使得煤气中的饱和水与其它杂质析出,对煤气的体积流量产生的影响。There are often imbalance of distribution and unplanned losses when settle accounts in transporting the by - product gas of metallurgical enterprises. They are reflected in the difference between occurrence quantity and the sum of ap- plication amount of all users is more obvious, especially in the winter. In the paper, it is analyzed the effects of saturated wa- ter and impurities due to the changes of such parameters as temperature on the volume flow of gas in the transportation.
