摘　　要：文章提出了铸铁轧辊生产过程中的关键温度控制环节和控制范围。铁水熔炼过程要控制好高温处理、合金球铁的球化处理、铁水变质处理温度;轧辊铸造成形过程要控制好浇注温度;热处理过程要根据轧辊材质和性能要求选择相应的热处理工艺。In the article, the controlling unit and range of key temperature in producing cast - iron roll are proposed. The high - temperature treatment, spheroidizing of alloy ductile iron and processing temperature for modification of molten i-ron should be controlled in the process of melting molten iron as well as the casting temperature should be controlled in the process of cast form for rolls. In heat treatment process, the relative heat treatment technology should be chosen according to the material quality and performance requirements of rolls.
