摘　　要：介绍了包钢采用Φ180 mm连铸圆坯在棒材生产线试制GCr15轴承圆钢的生产工艺,阐述了从炼钢工序到轧制工序的质量控制关键因素。生产实践表明,在包钢现有设备及工艺条件下,轴承钢产品的质量指标均满足相关标准要求。In the article, the production technology for trial -manufacture of round bar steel for GCr15 bearing steel with Ф180 mm continuous casting round billets in Baotou Steel is introduced and the key factors of quality control for processes of steelmaking to rolling are elaborated. The production practices show that the quality indexes of bearing steels in Baotou Steel could all meet the requirements of relative standard with the current equipment and process conditions.
