摘　　要：文章针对大中型冶金企业对语音通信系统的需求,描述了全数字化语音交换系统在钢铁企业的组网方式。并以Hipath4300系统在包钢薄板坯连铸连轧厂的实际应用为例,介绍了该系统的构造和功能拓展,阐述了系统中的调度指挥(PDF)平台在我厂日常生产运行中发挥的作用。In the paper, the networking modes of fully digital voice switching system in steel enterprises are described aiming at the demand of voice communication system in large and medium metallurgical enterprises. Moreover, the structure and function extension of Hipath4300 system are introduced as well as the effects of personnel dispatching function（PDF） platform in normal production operations of our plant are elaborated by taking the practical applications of it in CSP Plant of Baotou Steel as examples.
