摘 要:为探索EM菌在淡水水质净化处理中的作用,以不同的EM菌液浓度(VEM/V污水为0‰、0.1‰、0.5‰、1‰、5‰)在有氧通风、常温条件下处理天心湖水样,通过测定湖水样处理前后的pH、SS、色度、COD和氨氮水平变化,评价EM菌对淡水水质的处理效果,研究结果表明:浓度为0.1‰的EM菌液处理对天心湖水的COD去除效果最佳;浓度为1‰的EM菌液对天心湖水的氨氮去除效果最佳;浓度为5‰的EM菌液处理使湖水COD、氨氮水平升高,水质反而受到污染。通过选择EM浓度、处理时间、处理温度三个影响因素,按L9(34)正交表进行正交实验,结果表明EM处理天心湖水的最佳工艺条件是:处理时间7d、处理温度30℃、EM浓度0.2‰,对COD的去除率达到36.52%;按上述正交实验最佳工艺条件进行验证实验,结果表明,对天心湖水中COD的去除率可达到35.47%,对生活污水处理COD去除率可达41.18%。本实验可为进一步研究EM在水质处理上的应用提供参考。This paper focused on the application of EM (Expedient Microbes) technique on the treatment of wastewater in TianXin Lake of WuYi University. The wastewater was treated with different concentrations of EM liquid (0%, 0.1%,0.5%,1%,5%, VEM/Vwater) under the condition of aerobic ventilation at room temperature, and the pH, SS level, chroma level, COD level, NH3-N level change of each water sample were measured to evaluate the effect of EM treatment. The results showed that: the treatment of 0.1%0 of EM bacteria was the best for COD disposing. The treatment of 1%0 of EM bacteria was the best for NH3-N disposing. The treatment of 5 %0 of EM bacteria would raise the levels of COD, NH3-N. By selecting EM solubility, processing time and processing temperature as factors, ac- cording to L9 (34) orthogonal experiment design, the results showed that the optimum conditions were: processing time 7d, treatment tem- perature 30℃, the 0.2%0 of EM liquid, the COD removal rate could reach 36.52%. The confirmatory experiments with above treatment conditions indicated that the removal rate of COD could reach 35.47% for the treatment of TianXin lake wastewater, and 41.18%. for do- mestic sewage. This study might to provide reference for the further research on the application of EM in wastwater treatment.
