摘　　要：作为流通业中的一个重要组成部分,国际货代业伴随着我国对外贸易的高速增长已发展成一个初具规模的新兴服务产业,但市场竞争也日趋激烈。文中在简要介绍江苏沿海地区国际货代业发展现状的基础上,深入分析了现阶段国际货代业发展中存在的问题,最后提出了解决这些问题的对策。Freight forwarder industry has long been recognized as one of the key logistical intermediaries for modern logistics industry. It has been undergoing rapid growth together with the healthy development of international trade and economy,and has become a new service industry with considerable scale. However,the competition in this industry is intensive. Based on the present situation of the development of international freight forwarding industry in the coastal areas of Jiangsu,analyzed the existing at the present stage of development of international freight forwarding industry problems,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.
