摘　　要：传统采购的目的就是为了填充库存,状态固定,方法简单。但是在实际的生产中,某些敏感性原物料,由于其状态的随机性,而使采购决策成为多阶段决策过程。文中以航空公司采购燃油为例展示针对敏感性物料的采购决策的确定。The purpose of the traditional procurement is to fill the inventory. This process is a fixed state and the solution is simple. But in actual production,the purchasing decisions of some sensitive material are a multi-stage decision-making process. This article describes the decision-making process of the airlines purchasing fuel to show the purchasing decisions of sensitive materials.
