基于台湾地区农产品流通经验下的漳州生鲜农产品流通渠道优化问题研究

摘　　要：文中首先对漳州生鲜农产品流通中存在的问题,即流通渠道中农户规模偏小、流通渠道成本高昂、流通渠道过长、信息不流畅进行分析。然后介绍了台湾地区通过批发市场的完善、台湾农会组织成立、农产品直销市场建立等措施,确立了台湾地区农产品流通渠道的现状与优势。因此文中建议漳州生鲜农产品流通渠道优化,首先需鼓励农户组建或参与各类的农民合作经济组织,其次积极探索和规范农户与现代零售企业的对接模式,最后加快对农产品期货与拍卖、农产品电子商务等的探索进程。The paper firstly analyses the problems existing in the circulation of Zhangzhou fresh agricultural products,i.e. small farmer scale in the circulation channel,high cost of distribution channels,too long distribution channels,not smooth information,and then it introduces some measures,such as the perfection of wholesale market,establishment of Taiwan peasant associations and establishment of direct-sales market of agricultural products,based on it,the paper finds out the current situation and advantages of circulation channel of agricultural products in Taiwan Region. Therefore,the paper suggests that the optimization of circulation channel of Zhangzhou fresh agricultural products firstly needs to encourage farmers to organize or participate in various types of farmer cooperative economic organization,secondly to actively explore and regulate the docking mode between farmer and modern retail enterprises,finally to accelerate the research process of futures and auction of agricultural products,and e-commerce of agricultural products.
