摘　　要：在WebGIS平台上开发旅游资源信息系统是未来城市旅游业管理的必然趋势,WebGIS和Silverlight相结合可以提高用户的体验效果以及交互控制能力。文章以海西旅游信息管理系统为研究对象,应用Silverlight与WebGIS技术,以福建省泉州市为例,进行基于WebGIS的海西旅游信息管理系统的设计与实现,可以为旅游规划者及旅游者提供有效准确的旅游信息,推动海西旅游区建设,塑造海峡旅游品牌,具有实际意义。The tourism re sources information system based on WebGIS platform is the inevitable trend in the future urban tourism management, and WebGIS and Silverlight combination can improve the effect of the user’s experience and interactive control. Taking west-strait tourism information management system as the research object, using WebGIS and Silverlight technology, by taking Fujian Quanzhou as an example, this paper designs and implements west-strait tourism information management system based on WebGIS to provide accurate travel information for tourism planners and tourists effectively, to promote the construction of west-strait tourism zone tourist area, and to shape the strait tourism brand with practical significance.
