摘　　要：在节能减排的背景下,碳排放约束下能源效率成为一个新的研究热点,文章从能源效率的概念和分类入手,主要从能源需求的层面,系统梳理碳排放约束下能源效率研究的根源、现状和发展趋势。文章认为:碳排放约束下考虑数据不确定性的能源效率测度理论,从微观层面精确测算碳排放约束下的能源效率、节能潜力及能源效率主要影响因素分析等方面还有待深入研究。Under the background of energy eonservation and emission reduction, the current study is focused on energy efficien- cy under carbon emission c^mstraint. This article begins with the definition and classification of energy efficiency, mainly reviews the field of energy efficiency under carbon emission constraint, and proposes the outlook of some new trend of this field. We propose that the uheoretic, al research on the energy efficiency model with consideration to uncertainty measures will be a new trend. In addition, the empirical study on energy efficiency under carbon emission constraint and its determinants based on micro data will be another trend.
