医学信息资源共享与实践应用——远程可视医疗系统在基层医院的实践应用

摘　　要：目的实现远程可视医疗系统在基层医院的应用。方法根据基层医院的特点,合理利用先进的计算机技术和通讯技术传递医学信息,进行远距离实时、交互式的医学信息共享。结果通过实践应用培育医务人员现代信息意识、更新观念,以适应现代医学的发展,引导医务人员逐步认识在中、小型基层医院开展远程会诊工作的作用和意义。结论远程可视医疗为拓展医学专家资源的覆盖与共享范围、增强对基层医院的医疗技术指导与学术交流,弥补了院际间医疗技术的差异和不平衡,显示出现代医学的发展新方向。Telemedicine is the new and high tech project which is included the medicine, electrical information, image transmission with high resolution, and modern communication technology. Presently Telemedicine consultation system has been utilized extensively in China and also abroad. This article is aimed to put forward more suggestions and methods to improve the real time and interactive telemedicine service, especially to improve the telemedicine utilization in county-level hospitals with the medical information transmission via the advanced computer and communication technology.
