摘　　要：基于数字水印系统实现地理空间数据安全管理系统是目前应用需求的热点.在分析目前需求的基础上,设计并实现了一套地理空间数据数字水印系统.该系统可有效保护数据生产者的版权、跟踪非法数据流向、控制数据使用范围等,全面保护地理空间数据的安全.目前该系统已得到成功应用,并具有广阔的应用前景.It has become popular to apply the security managing system for the geospatial data based on the digital water-marking system today. A digital watermarking system is designed and implemented for the geospatial data after analysis of its current requirements. This system could effectively protect the copyright of the data producer,track the illegal data, and control the area of data usage,etc. Thus,the security of geospatial data is ensured. Now this system is applied suc-cessfully,and may have a more broaden view of application.
