摘  要:珠海电厂 2 40m烟囱 ,基础大体积混凝土通过合理分缝、设置滑动层等技术措施确保了施工质量。烟囱外筒采用无井架液压滑模施工 ,利用48mm× 3.5mm钢管作为支承爬杆 ,大大增加了滑升中的稳定性。烟囱钢平台采用由上至下的施工顺序 ,逐层安装 3层钢平台。烟囱钢内筒采用气顶倒装法施工 ,既安全又经济。The technical measures such as rational seam separation for large-volume concrete foundation and establishment of sliding courses for 240 m stack in Zhuhai Power Plant have guaranteed the construction quality.The hydraulic sliding mould without the headframe was used for erection of outer cylinder of the stack.Taking the steel pipe with  48 mm×3.5 mm has greatly increased the stability in the process of sliding up.The steel platforms at three floors for the stack were erected in construction sequence from top to bottom floor by floor.The pneumatic jacking construction in reversed sequence was used for internal cylinder of the stack,which is both safety and economy.[
