摘　　要：Wnt信号通路是近年在分子生物学、肿瘤学和细胞生物学中的研究热点之一,参与调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及机体免疫等多种病理生理过程。近年Wnt信号通路与心血管疾病的关系也被广泛关注,本文介绍了Wnt信号通路,并概述近年Wnt信号通路与心血管疾病的研究进展。Wnt signaling pathway was one of the research hotspot in molecular biology, oncology and cell biology in recent years, and involved in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and immunity. The relationship between Wnt signaling pathway and cardiovascular diseases also attracted wide attention in recent years. In this paper, we introduced the Wnt signaling pathway and overviewed the research progress between Wnt signaling pathway and cardiovascular diseases in recent years.
