摘　　要：筒鞘蛇菰的化学成分包括黄酮类、苯丙素苷类、三萜类和甾体类。由于具有抗炎镇痛等多种药理活性,引起国内外学者的关注。本文对近十余年国内外有关筒鞘蛇菰化学成分和药理活性的研究作一综述。The chemical constituents of Balanophora involucrata Hook. f. include flavonoids, phenylpropanoid glucosides, triterpenoids, and sterides. Because of its benign effects,such as anti-inflammation and analgesic activity,it has been concerned by the domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, the advances in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Balanophora involucrata for the past 10 years at domestic and abroad are reviewed.
