摘　　要：在国家卫生系统与旅游系统之间建立协调机制，从政府、学界和产业三个维度，将医疗旅游提高到战略层面。In the middle of 2013, government officials in National Development and Reform Commission and relevant department sent the signal of reforming the current drug pricing mechanism for multiple times. They mentioned that they could make reference of German drug pricing mechanism which let the health insurance payment to guide the drug price, and the reform should be tried out first in some pilot places.
