摘　　要：液压系统80%以上的故障是因液压油污染引起的。同时,液压油中带有大量的反映液压系统工作状况的信息。提高液压油的洁净度,可以有效地防止液压系统发生故障。根据液压油分析结果,对液压系统进行故障诊断,采取相应的措施维护系统,则可以提高液压装置的可靠性。Over 80% of occured damages in hydraulic systems are caused by the contamination of hydraulic oil. Furthermore the hydraulic oil contains numerous informations reflecting the operation conditions of the hydraulic system. To improve the deannese of hydraulic oil can effectively prevent trouble occurances in hydraulic systems. Through diagnosis of hydraulic system on the basis of results from hydraulic oil analysis corresponding measures can be taken in maintenance system and the reliability of the hydraulic installations can be improved.
