摘　　要：铸态球墨铸铁配料用回炉料(包括球铁屑)、废钢的多少直接影响工件的成本,依据球墨铸铁的化学成分,对炉料化学成分含量进行计算,求出所需增碳剂、孕育剂,再配以合理的生产工艺,就可以生产出成本低廉、高质量的铸态铁素体球墨铸铁。By caculating the content of chemical components of raw material according to the chemical composition of ductile cast iron, working out the amount of carburant and inoculant and combined with reasonable production technology, it is possible to produce ferrite nodular cast iron with high quality and lower cost.
