军队疗养不同分级高血压病心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的分析军队退休干部高血压病及其不同分级者的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对来院疗养的194名军队退休干部高血压病患者进行专业心理测评。结果①疗养的军队退休干部高血压病者与住院老干部高血压病者的心理健康差异显著,阳性项目数(t=9.892,P=0.000)及躯体化(t=9.180,P=0.000)、强迫症状(t=7.378,P=0.000)、人际关系敏感(t=7.999,P=0.000)、抑郁(t=10.328,P=0.000)、焦虑(t=11.972,P=0.000)、敌对(t=6.841,P=0.000)、恐怖(t=5.647,P=0.000)、偏执(t=7.842,P=0.000)、精神病性因子(t=7.668,P=0.000)得分均低于住院老干部。②高血压病1、2、3级组间比较SCL-90阳性项目数(F=2.87,P>0.05)及强迫症状(F=1.60,P>0.05)、人际关系敏感(F=1.24,P>0.05)、抑郁(F=0.84,P>0.05)、焦虑(F=1.97,P>0.05)、敌对(F=2.32,P>0.05)、恐怖(F=1.42,P>0.05)、精神病性因子(F=2.21,P>0.05)差异无统计学意义;而躯体化(F=4.29,P<0.05)及偏执(F=3.72,P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论疗养的军队退休干部高血压病者的心理健康水平较高,高血压分级对其心理健康状况影响不大。Objective To study the psychological health status of military retired cadres with hypertension of different grades at sanatorium . Methods 194 military retired cadres with hypertension at sanatorium were measured with SCL-90 for professional psychological tests . Results①There were significant psychological health differences between military retired cadres with hypertension and veteran cadres with hyperten-sion in hospital,positive items（t=9.892,P=0.000） and somatization（t=9.180,P=0.000）,obsessive-compulsive symptom（t=7.378,P=0.000）,sensitiveness of interpersonal relationship（t=7.999,P=0.000）,depression（t=10.328,P=0.000）,anxiety （t=11.972,P=0.000）, hostility（t=6.841,P=0.000）,terror（t=5.647,P=0.000）,crankiness（t=7.842,P=0.000）,psychosis factor（t=7.668,P=0.000）.②The psychological health differences were not of statistic significance in terms of SCL-90 positive items（ F=2.87,P＆gt;0.05） and obsessive-compul-sive symptom （F=1.60,P＆gt;0.05）,sensitiveness of interpersonal relationship （F=1.24,P＆gt;0.05）,depression （F=0.84,P＆gt;0.05）,anxiety （F=1.97,P＆gt;0.05）,hostility （F=2.32,P＆gt;0.05）,terror （F=1.42,P＆gt;0.05）,and psychosis factor （F=2.21,P＆gt;0.05）.The psychological health differences were of statistic significance in terms of somatization（F=4.29,P＆lt;0.05）and crankiness（F=3.72,P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The psychological health levels of military retired cadres with hypertension at sanatorium are comparatively high . The grade of hypertension has not influence on their psychological health .
