摘 要:采用盆栽试验和模拟酸雨喷淋的试验方法,研究了重度酸雨(pH值=2.5)、中度酸雨(pH值=4.0)和对照(pH值=5.6)处理3 a后,不同季节杉木幼苗叶片的叶绿素荧光特性及其生长差异。结果表明:重度酸雨对杉木幼苗的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)和非光化学淬灭系数(qN)有显著影响,其中8月份重度酸雨处理的株高增加量比中度酸雨和对照处理分别增加了98.98%和120.36%;而各酸雨处理对最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)及地径生长的影响不显著。相同pH值酸雨处理下,季节变化对杉木幼苗的叶绿素荧光特性和生长量的影响较大,Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、株高、地径增加量由大到小变化趋势均为8、11、5月份,其中8月份重度酸雨处理的Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo比5月份分别增加了25.7%和121.7%。二元方差分析显示,酸雨和季节的交互作用对杉木的Fv/Fo和qN有显著影响。A pot experiment was conducted to study the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in leaf and growth of Cunning-hamia lanceolata seedlings in different seasons under simulated acid rain stress (heavy, pH=2.5; moderate, pH=4.0;control, pH=5.6) for three years.The PSⅡpotential activity (Fv/Fo) and non-photochemistry quenching (qN) are sig-nificantly influenced by the heavy acid rain, compared with moderate and control acid rain.Plant height issignificantly promoted by heavy acid rain, and is increasedby 98.98%and 120.36%compared with moderate and control acid rain in August.But the maximum PSⅡphotochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), photochemistry quenching (qP) and stem diameter are not influenced by theacid rain.In the same treatments, the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and growth are sig-nificantly influenced by seasons.Fv/Fm, Fv /Fo, height and diameter are in the order of August>November>May, and the Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo in Augustare 25.7%and 121.7%more than those in May under heavy acid rain.Fv/Fo and qN are signifi-cantly influenced by the interactions between acid rain stress and seasons change.
