Anastomosis Group Identification and Susceptibility to Fungicides on Rhodiola sachalinensis Damping off in Jilin Province

摘  要:采用组织分离法从吉林省临江市、安图县罹病高山红景天植株分别获得4、2个致病菌株。病菌的形态学特征、培养性状、细胞核染色、菌丝融合及rDNA-ITS区序列测定结果表明:6个菌株均为茄立枯丝核菌( Rhi-zoctonia solani Kühn),属多核丝核菌;临江分离物J1~J4为AG-4-HGⅡ菌丝融合群,安图分离物J5~J6为AG-1-IB菌丝融合群。19种杀菌剂对2个菌丝融合群的敏感性测定结果表明:2个菌丝融合群对蜡质芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、井冈·蜡芽菌的敏感性最好(EC50<0.005 mg/L);对多粘类芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌(强尔)的敏感性次之(EC50<1.0 mg/L);对木霉菌和寡雄腐霉的敏感性略低(1.0 mg/L<EC50<5.0 mg/L)。2个菌丝融合群对化学杀菌剂肟菌·戊唑醇、氟硅唑、腐霉利、多菌灵敏感性较高(EC50<1.0 mg/L);对异菌脲、菌核净、氟菌唑、百菌清和咪鲜胺的敏感性略低(1.0 mg/L<EC50<10.0 mg/L);AG-1-IB菌丝融合群对咯菌腈、噁霉灵、嘧霉胺的敏感性强于AG-4-HGⅡ。Six isolates with pathogenicity were obtained from the stems of diseased plants with tissue isolation method ( four iso-lates from Linjiang City and two isolates from Antu County).The experiment was conducted to investigate their characteris-tics of morphology and cultivation.Rhizoctonia solani Kühn is the pathogen of the disease.Anastomosis groups are deter-mined to be AG-1-IB subgroup in Antu and AG-4-HGⅡsubgroup in Linjiang by pairing isolates with tester trains and se-quence analysis of rDNA-ITS region.By fungicides susceptibility test, two anastomosis groups are most sensitive to Bacillus cereus, B.subtilis (1011/g), Validamycin· B.cereus (EC50〈0.005 mg/L) followed by Paenibacillus polymyxa, B.sub-tilis(108/g)(EC50〈1.0 mg/L), Trichoderma and Pythium oligandrum (1.0 mg/L〈EC50〈5.0 mg/L).Two anastomosis groups are most sensitive to trifloxystrobin· tebuconazole, flusilazole, procymidone and carbendazim (EC50〈1.0 mg/L) followed by iprodione, dimethachlon, triflumizole, chlorothalonil and prochloraz (1.0 mg/L〈EC50〈10.0 mg/L).AG-1-IB is more sensitive to celest, hymexazol and hymexazol than AG-4-HGⅡ.
