摘　　要：作战编成(编组)作战能力量化是作战模拟中的一个重要方面,基于五力分析的基础上,讨论了作战编成(编组)作战能力的聚合方法以及对作战影响的因素,提出了作战编成(编组)作战能力量化的静态和动态量化模型。Operational capability quantify of operational compiled operational is a very important aspect in the operational simulation,based on five power analysis,the aggregation methods of operational compiled （group）and operational affect factors are discussed,static modeling and dynamic modeling of the operational compiled（group）operational quantify are presented.
