家具实木胶接件耐水性的测定与分析

摘　　要：在旧标准的基础上,考虑到室外家具的使用情况,增加了对室外家具的耐水性测定要求,制定了室内外不同使用环境下家具实木胶接合耐水性测定的原理、要求和方法;增加了试件浸泡后干态的压缩剪切强度试验。同时,与标准《家具实木胶接件剪切强度的测定》的修订相结合,增加了对木材横纹状态下剪切强度的测定方法。该试验的完善促成了新行业标准《家具实木胶接件耐水性的测定》的修订,为检测家具耐水性提供参考,从而更好的提高家具质量。Based on the existing standard and the service condition of outdoor furniture, this paper formu- lated the basic principle, requirement and methods of determination of water resistance on bonded assem- bly of solid wood for indoor and outdoor furniture by adding the shear strength test for the experimental bonded assembly in dry condition after soaking. Meanwhile, combined with the amendment of new stan- dard of the measurement of shear strength of bonded assembly of solid wood for furniture, this paper add the measurement of the shear strength under the condition of cross grain. The improvement of this experi- ment facilitates the amendment of the new standard of the determination of water resistance on bonded as- sembly of solid wood for furniture, which provides a reference for the determination of water resistance for furniture in order to improve the quality of furniture.
