摘　　要：左室流出道(LVOT)起源的室性心动过速和频发性室性期前收缩,是一种少见的特发性室性心律失常(IVA)。导管消融LVOT起源的特发性IVA是一种安全有效的治疗方法。LVOT起源的IVA具有其特殊性。了解LVOT的解剖结构、IVA的心电图表现以及标测的特点,有利于提高导管消融的成功率,减少并发症的发生。Ventricular tachycardias （VTs） or premature ventricular contractions （PVCs） originating from the left ventricular outflow tract （LVOT） represent a type of rare idiopathic ventricular aiThythmia （IVA）. Radiofrequency catheter ablation has been used as an effective and safe procedure for the treat- ment of LVOT idiopathic IVA. Knowledge of the anatomy of LVOT and electrocardiographic characteris- tics of IVA enhances the success rate of radiofrequency catheter ablation and minimizes procedural com- plications.
