摘 要:目的:观察咳尔康口服液对哮喘模型大鼠TNF-α和SOD活力及其mRNA表达的影响,阐明咳尔康口服液治疗哮喘的可能机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组和咳尔康口服液实验组。采用卵蛋白和氢氧化铝制备哮喘模型大鼠,观察咳尔康口服液对大鼠TNF-α和SOD mRNA表达的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠TNF-αmRNA表达明显升高;与模型组相比,咳尔康口服液可以降低TNF-αmRNA表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠SOD mRNA表达明显降低;与模型组相比,咳尔康口服液可以升高SOD mRNA表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α和SOD可能参与哮喘的发生,而咳尔康口服液可以抑制TNF-αmRNA表达水平,同时也可以升高SOD mRNA表达水平,改善哮喘的症状。Objective : To evaluate the effect of Keerkang oral liquid on activities of TNF - α and SOD and the expression of TNF-α and SOD mRNA in asthmatic rats. Methods:The asthmatic models were established by injecting ovalbumin (OVA) into abdomen and atomization, then they were treated with Keerkang oral liquid. The serum was collected for detecting the levels of TNF -α and SOD. Lung tissues were ground into homoge- nate and the expressions of TNF -α and SOD mRNA were assayed by RT - PCR. Results : Compared with control group,the levels of TNF -α mRNA were significantly higher, but the expression of SOD mRNA de- creased in asthmatic group. After Kerkang oral liquid treatment, the levels of TNF -α mRNA were significant- ly lower, and the expression of SOD mRNA increased in therapeutic group compared with the asthmatic group. Conclusion : Keerkang oral liquid could decrease the expression of TNF -α mRNA and increase the expression of SOD mRNA. So it might have certain preventive and therapeutic effect on Asthma.
