摘  要:目的:观察心脑通络液对动脉粥样硬化家兔血浆ET-1、血清NO含量的影响,探讨心脑通络液抗动脉粥样硬化作用。方法:选取雄性新西兰白兔40只,随机分成5组,即假手术组、模型组、血脂康组、心脑通络液高剂量组(简称高剂量组)、心脑通络液低剂量组(简称低剂量组),建立腹主动脉粥样硬化家兔模型。造模成功后,连续治疗3个月,分光光度计检测血浆NO含量、放射免疫法检测血浆ET-1含量。结果:心脑通络液高剂量组、血脂康组血浆ET-1含量均降低,血清NO升高,与空白对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05),心脑通络液高剂量组较模型组血清NO含量升高,血浆ET-1含量降低,均具有显著差异(P<0.05);心脑通络液高剂量组与血脂康组血清NO含量,血浆ET-1含量指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:心脑通络液能明显降低AS兔模型血血浆ET-1水平,升高血清NO水平,从而达到保护血管内皮细胞、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。Objective : To study the influences of Xinnao Tongluo liquid on serum and levels of serum NO, ET - 1 in atherosclerosis rabbits. Methods :40 male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups, the blank group and model group, drug control group, high dose of Xinnao Tongluo liquid group, low dose group. After three months treatment, the serum was tested. NO content was measured with spectrophotometer and ET - 1 content with Radio immunoassay. Results : Serum ET - 1 decreased while NO increased both in high dose of Xinnao Tongluo liquid group and Xuezhikang group, which had a significant difference compared with the blank group( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the model group, the density of serum ET- 1 was obviously low- er, while NO raised in the high dose group, the changes of all indices were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with the Xuezhikang Capsule group, the density of serum indices were not significant changes in high does group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Xinnao Tongluo liquid could obviously lower the levels of ET - 1, raise NO level to protect vascular endothelial cell and against AS.
