摘　　要：通过深入挖掘、系统整理、全面总结中医学中有关早泄的论述,揭示早泄"其本在肾,其制在肝,其源在心"的发病机制,以明确心在其发病过程中所处的"君主"地位;并就加味知柏地黄汤在早泄中的应用,介绍陈德宁教授的临床经验。By excavating,adjusting,concluding the TCM discourse about premature ejaculation, it is indicated that the pathogenesis of premature ejaculation is rooted in kidney, restrained by liver and sourced from heart. Clarify the heartg Monarch in the pathogenesis and illustrate the application of modified Zhibo Dihuang decoc- tion in the treatment of premature ejaculation, which is Professor CHEN De - ningg clinical experience.
