摘　　要：水电站重建工程中的生态环境问题较为突出,工程建设中搞好水土保持工作具有重要的意义。文章以丰满水电站重建工程为例,通过主体工程水土保持的分析评价以及有针对性的水土保持措施,阐述了基于水土保持的建设理念。The ecological environment problem is prominent in the hydropower station reconstruction project,the work of the soil and water conservation has the important significance in the project construction. Taking the reconstruction project of Fengman hydropower station as an example, the paper introduces the construction idea based on the soil and water conservation through the analysis and assessment and the targeted measures of the soil and water conservation for the main project.
