摘 要:随着汽车保有量的增长,交通事故带来的损失日益剧增,研究汽车的碰撞安全性能,成为各国汽车行业研究的重要课题。车头骨架是汽车的基体和主要承载部件,因此其结构性能的好坏直接关系到车身的寿命和整车性能。应用计算机仿真技术对某车头骨架的前碰撞区吸能部件进行了碰撞仿真和改进研究。提出改进意见,不仅使结构能够满足强度和刚度要求,而且还可以实现质量的轻量化。实验数据表明:汽车碰撞仿真设计是确保设计车辆具有良好碰撞性能的一种重要的方法和手段。The damage caused by the road traffic accidents is on the rise with the growth of the auto possession, and studying automobile collision safety performance has become a significant subject of the national car industry. And the car front skeleton is the basic structure and bears the weight, so it is relative to the car body life and car performance. The collision simulation and improved research of a car front skeleton were researched by computer simulation technology. Putting forward better opinions not only satisfies the body's requests in intensity and stiffness, but also reduces the weight of body. Experimental data show that: car collision simulation design is an important method and means to ensure that the design of the car has good collision performance.
