摘  要:针对轻量化设计中铝制梁式发动机罩盖在发动机盖到发动机舱之间的硬点距离小于75mm时,不能满足碰撞时行人安全保护的问题,设计开发了多锥形结构的铝合金发动机罩盖。运用非线性有限元法,在ANSYS中分别建立了行人头块、发动机罩盖内板和外板的有限元模型。对多锥型铝制发动机盖的性能进行了人-车碰撞仿真分析,结果表明:新设计的多锥型铝制发动机盖可以在发动机罩盖到发动机舱之间的硬点距离不小于62mm的情况下,可以满足行人碰撞安全保护,提高了人-车正面碰撞时汽车的被动安全性。A iming at the problem that once crashing the engine-bonnet can't protect the pedestrian effectively when the hard- points-distance between engine-bonnet to engine-compartment was less than 75mm, multi-cone-type inner plate was designed and developed. The finite element model of pedestrian header block, engine bonnet inner and outer plate was created respectively using the finite element methods. The pedestrianvehicle crash simulation analysis was performed on the multi-cone-type aluminum engine bonnet. The results show that multi-cone-type aluminum engine bonnet can meet the pedestrian safety protection standard when the distance between bonnet outer and the hard points inside less than not less than 62mm, and can improve the passive safety af pedestrian-vehicle frontal collision.
