摘  要:为了研究中厚板铝合金的真空电子束焊接性能,采用THDW-6真空电子束焊机对AL6061-T6铝合金中厚板进行焊接,研究了加速电压、工作距离和焊接速度对焊缝深宽比和金相组织的影响。分析了焊接参数为:工作距离110mm、工作电压70kV、电子束流40mA、聚焦电流638mA、焊接速度540mm/min的力学性能和显微组织结构,焊缝的抗拉强度约为母材的87%,焊缝的显微组织晶界明显,晶粒呈立方化,焊接的铝合金箱体的漏率优于10-9Pa·m3/s。试验结果表明,焊接接头的力学性能高,宏观形貌和金相组织良好。In order to study the vacuum electron beam welding properties of aluminum alloy slab, an AL6061-T6 alloy sample processed by THDW-6 vacuum electron beam welder were determined, and the effect of accelerating voltage, working distance, and welding speed on the ratio of depth to width were examined. The mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed when welding parameters were at working distance ll0mm, accelerating voltage 70kV, electron beam current 40mA, focus current 638mA, and welding speed 540mm/min, and the fracture strength of the joint reached 87% of base metal, and the microstructure grain boundary is obviously, the lattice is cubic, and the leak rate of the welding aluminum enclosure is better than 10. The experiment results show that the satisfying weld appearance, good microstructure and mechanical properties can be achieved by vacuum electron beam welding.
