摘  要:对于内部激励较为复杂的四环板针摆式齿轮减速器,采用试验手段寻求降低齿轮传动系统振动方法是可行的。应用齿轮副的力学模型对振动测试结果进行分析,发现传动轴及输出轴出现了轻微的不对中或者不平衡现象。应用时域与频域分析发现振动较大的频率点来自于三斜齿轮的啮合频率及其倍频,且其轴向所产生的啮合振动高于其他方向振动。振动均方根值的变化规律是随着转速的增大而增大,且随着载荷的增加均方根值曲线斜率先增大后逐渐减小。最后提出优化设计摆线齿轮减速器关键部件的措施,为研究齿轮速器系统动力学的影响机制和规律,提高设计精度和使用寿命提供参考。Since internal motivation of ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear reducer was complex, using test means for reducing vibration of gear transmission system method was feasible. Application of mechanical model of gear on vibration test results analyzed, drive shaft and output shaft was discovered a slight misalignment or imbalance occurs. Applying time-domain and frequency-domain analysis methods, point of vibration frequency was larger than meshing frequency and double frequency of three helical gears. And the meshing vibration of axial was higher than the other direction. Vibration RMS value was increased as the speed increased, and as the load increased, the slope of the curve of RMS value was increased then gradually decreased. At last, optimizationdesign measures of reducer key parts were submitted, to study the effects of mechanism and regularity, improving design accuracy and long service life, and references were provided.
