摘  要:在金属钻削过程中,钻削区的钻削温度对刀具的磨损和加工质量影响严重。为了分析在钻削温度场影响下刀具磨损的变化规律,利用Pro/E建立了枪钻的三维模型,设置不同钻削参数,并采用大型商业有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对钻削过程进行仿真模拟,模拟分析了不同钻削参数下钻头温度变化和温度场的分布,以及钻头磨损情况。通过分析和研究,随着温度的升高,刀具的磨损呈现一定的线性变化。这为合理选择钻削参数和刀具制作工艺提供了重要的指导意义。The temperature of the drilling area has a seriously influence on the tool wear and machining quality during the drilling progress. In order to analyze the variation of the tool wear, which is affected by the drilling temperature field, a three- dimensional model of the gun drill with the Pro/E is established. The models have derent drilling parameters. Large commercial finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D is nsed for the simulation and analysis during the drilling process. Simulation shows the variation of the drill temperature, the distribution of the temperature field and the drill wear situation with the different driUing parameters. Through the analysis and research, the wear of the tool presents a certain linear change as the temperature increases. There is an important guiding significance for a reasonable choice of drilling parameters and tool fabrication process.
