摘  要:电动助力转向系统简称EPS,具有安全性高,节能环保的特点,减速装置是EPS关键零部件之一,决定着转向系统能否正常工作。研究并设计了一种以双摆线钢球为减速装置的新型电动助力转向系统,克服了以传统蜗轮蜗杆和行星齿轮为减速器的转向系统存在的缺点,能够很好的适应EPS。结合汽车转向轻便性需要,给出了具体的设计和实现方案,并具体对其设计计算。利用Matlab/simulink仿真软件,通过各部分数学模型方程式建立了EPS仿真模型,通过模型验证了设计的正确性与实用性。EPS is the abbreviation of electric power steering system, having the security and energy conservation environmental protection advantages. Reduction device is one of the key parts of the EPS. It determines whether the steering system works normally. In accardance with its assistance characteris tic, it designs a new decele ration device, cycloid steel ball planetary reducer, to overcome the shortcomings of the worm and planetary gear reducer steering system, which is can well adapt to EP Combined with steering portability needs, given the specific design and implementation of the program, it designs calculation work. With Matlab/simulink simulation software, through each part of the mathematical model equations it establishes the EPS simulation model through the mathematical equation to verify the correctness and practicality of the design.
