摘 要:针对固体导弹发动机高能X射线照相检测中人工换片耗时费力、效率低下等问题,研制和开发一套高能X射线照相自动换片系统。该系统采用合理的机械结构设计和工业机器人技术,从机械传动、气动系统和电气控制3个方面介绍了该系统的硬件系统,从手动、自动和示教3种运行方式设计了系统的软件控制,并分析了软件设计流程。分析结果证明:该系统实现了胶片暗盒的自动抓取与存放,缩短了检测时间,降低了射线辐射危害,提高了工作效率。For solid missile engine artificial in high-energy X-ray photographic detection in time-consuming, inefficient and other issues, a set of high energy X-ray photography film automatic switching system is designed. The system adopts the reasonable mechanical structure design and industrial robot technology, the hardware system are introduced from the mechanical transmission, pneumatic system and electrical control three aspects, the software of the system is designed in three modes, such as manual, automation and teaching, the software design process is analyzed. Analysis results show that the system implements the automatic fetching and storing film cassette, which shorten the testing time, reduces the radiation hazard, and improves the working efficiency.
