消渴通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消渴通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及安全性。方法将100例DPN患者随机分为两组各50例,所有患者除了接受糖尿病基础治疗外,对照组加用甲钴胺片,治疗组加用消渴通痹汤,1个疗程(14 d)后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组在疗效、中医证候方面改善明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论消渴通痹汤可明显改善DPN患者的临床症状。Objective To evaluate the effect of xiaoke tongbi decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed as DPN were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of basic treatment for diabetes, the control group received mecobalamin tablets, while the treatment group received xiaoke tongbi decoction additionally. The curative effects of the two groups were compared after a course of treatment （14 days）. Results The curative effect and improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were better than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Xiaoke tongbi decoction has significant effect on patients with DPN.
